The Empire Broker Portal now allows you to find members that are pending to disenroll! You will be able to see the Future Inactive Date as well as the Reason for disenrollment

Just a reminder: For members who have disenrolled from an Elevance Health plan, or are in the process of disenrolling, unsolicited calls to these beneficiaries are not allowed, except to conduct disenrollment surveys for quality improvement purposes
