Early ordering runs Aug. 13-28 (MUST be 2023 UHC Certified)  

On Saturday, Aug. 13, the 2023 Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) UnitedHealthcare Medicare Advantage Enrollment Guides will be available for early ordering on  the Sales Materials Portal. Orders received by Sunday, Aug. 28 will be  delivered on or before Oct. 1.  The Sales Materials Portal remains open for 2023 ordering after Aug. 28, however, orders received after Aug. 28 will not be processed until early orders are  complete. This means any orders placed after Aug. 28 may not be received  until 7 – 10 days after Oct. 1.

When ordering, please only order what you think you’ll need to get you through the first few weeks of AEP. You’ll have the opportunity to order additional  materials later on. Please note, orders come in increments of five. Please note, you must complete your certifications before you’ll be  able to order 2023 enrollment materials. As a reminder, you may not share 2023 Enrollment Guides with consumers or members until Oct. 1, 2022.

Sales Materials Portal Reminders  

When you log on to the Sales Materials Portal (find under the Sales & Marketing Tools tab on Jarvis),  you will be able to do the following:

• Purchase in multiples of five up to the limit set for the product you are ordering. Note: If you exceed the limit, a pop-up alerts you.
• Quantity limits are weekly and do vary based on the product.
• You’ll find that your favorite orders are saved
