Devoted is committed to providing members with a seamless and supportive enrollment experience. This promise begins at the point of application! As part of their dedication to quality care, they are sharing some important updates regarding their enrollment verification process.
When a member signs up, the Devoted team may reach out via text, email, or phone call. This process is designed to ensure that members feel valued and informed from day one while confirming their new plan enrollment.
Some members may receive this outbound enrollment verification SMS: Hi Joe, this is Lynn from Devoted Health. We received your application to join our Medicare Advantage plan! This plan will replace your current healthcare coverage starting on September 1, 2025. To be on the safe side, we’re just checking that we have this correct. Did you recently apply to join a Devoted Health plan? (1) Yes. (2) No. Please reply 1 or 2.
Occasionally, Devoted will identify situations where a member’s plan may not be the best fit (e.g., a client enrolled in a Giveback plan while also having Medicaid). In these cases, their team will reach out to review their needs through a call or SMS. If another plan is a better fit, they will complete the change at the member’s request. If there is no alternative plan available, they will help them cancel their enrollment and reconnect them to you for next steps.
You will always remain the Agent of Record (AOR) for any potential plan changes initiated by the telesales team, ensuring you stay informed and involved.
Devoted is proactively working to minimize grievances, CTMs (complaints to Medicare), and future disenrollments. By verifying enrollments, they improve member satisfaction and strengthen retention.
Devoted believes that by collaborating closely, we can all provide members with the highest level of care and support.
If you have any questions or need further clarity on our verification process, please do not hesitate to reach out to our Agent Support team or reach out to your local broker manager.
