Quick few reminders:

• HRA reimbursement increased from $50 to $100 per HRA submitted on new DSNP Anthem applications. The effect takes place for 11/1/2021 effective date applications and continues through 2022 effective dates. If you can not submit online, you can email the completed shortened HRA form within 7 calendar days to EMOSalesInitiatedHRA@anthem.com
• The MediBlue Access Select PPO plan has a $0 premium, $0 in network deductible on all services and $750 deductible on out of network services. The national network is on this plan and Sloan Kettering hospital in New York is part of the BlueCard network effective 1/1/2022. Your members can access Sloan Kettering starting 1/1/2022.
• MediBlue Dual Access PPO uses Anthem's national network, members can go in and out of network in CT, and MediBlue Dual Advantage Select  HMO has the embedded $50 grocery card and healthy pantry.
