Connection Hub Mobile Application

With the upcoming AEP, Humana wants to remind you of the availability for the Connection Hub mobile application. This feature allows you to use Connection Hub on the go as you are out in the field!

The application functions similarly to the web experience and features the primary ability to create and maintain your:

• Prospects
• Contacts
• Appointments
• Appointment dispositions (lead execution)

To begin using this simply go to the app store of your device such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and download the “Microsoft Dynamics 365” application.

Once downloaded to your device to configure your application please utilize the job aids available to you via MarketPoint University.
