The landing pages will launch October 1.
The quick start guide (handbook) features a plan snapshot with cost and prescription coverage information, plan extras and QR codes for quick access. The digital version of the guide will be available by December on the plan-specific landing page. The printed version is targeted to mail to members in January 2023.
Plan-specific, on-demand videos will offer an overview of plan features and benefits. They'll cover things like costs, prescription drug coverage, and benefits. The videos can be accessed through the plan landing pages and are targeted for release sometime in October.
