Servicing your clients in Jarvis is about to get easier

On May 10, 2023, you will see a new way to help service your clients in Jarvis for AARP^® Medicare Supplement Insurance Plans from UnitedHealthcare^®. This new enhancement will allow you to update your clients’ account information directly in Jarvis with just a few clicks. That’s right, no more submitting forms for some basic information changes! Through a few simple steps, you will be able to make the following changes:

Changes for Existing Members

• Change the date of birth
• Change smoker status
• Correct information submitted correctly on the application but is not displaying correctly in Jarvis
• Change a phone number
• Change an address

Changes for Applicants with Pending Applications

• Provide the missing Medicare Part A or Part B effective date
• Provide the missing AARP membership number
• Provide a missing phone number
• Change the requested plan effective date
• Provide the missing date of birth
• Withdraw a pending application
• Change the requested plan selection (pending application)

This is the latest enhancement in UnitedHealthcare’s effort to improve what we do and make Jarvis easier to use when servicing your clients.
