Clover's LiveHealthy Rewards program

Clover's LiveHealthy Rewards program is proving to be AS EASY AS they said it would be for your members!

Remember when Clover heard that their 2023 LiveHealthy Rewards program was ‘hard for members to do’? Well, just one month into the 2023 plan year and it seems that members are happy with it and easily engaging with it in many ways!

At a high level…

  • More than a third of members have engaged and earned at least one reward
  • Nearly 40% of members have swiped their LiveHealthy Flex Visa for a purchase using their OTC or Reward dollars
  • Grocery stores are the top places members are using their reward dollars

LiveHealthy Visits

11% of members have successfully scheduled a LiveHealthy visit and 5% already completed their visit, earning them $150.

  • 64% completed via a Clover Care Visit (CCV)
  • 25% via a local Clover Assistant PCP
  • 11% via telehealth    

Getting to Know You Survey

As the one activity in the program that allowed members to earn the reward prior to the start of the year, more than 30% of members have earned this reward by doing so.

LiveHealthy Learnings Videos

More than 17% of members have accessed the videos and earned those reward dollars. This number will continue to climb as more and more members get into their My Clover member portal.


Only about 4% of members have received eligible vaccines to date but that is expected considering that many members likely received their annual flu shot in late 2022 and their Covid/Covid booster in 2022 as well.

Member Portal

Number of members who are activating their My Clover Portal continues to grow week over week and so far there have been over 14k members log in to date.
