

Remember when Clover heard that their 2023 LiveHealthy Rewards program was ‘hard for members to do’? Well, just one month into the 2023 plan year and it seems that members are happy with it and easily engaging with it in many ways!
11% of members have successfully scheduled a LiveHealthy visit and 5% already completed their visit, earning them $150.
As the one activity in the program that allowed members to earn the reward prior to the start of the year, more than 30% of members have earned this reward by doing so.
More than 17% of members have accessed the videos and earned those reward dollars. This number will continue to climb as more and more members get into their My Clover member portal.
Only about 4% of members have received eligible vaccines to date but that is expected considering that many members likely received their annual flu shot in late 2022 and their Covid/Covid booster in 2022 as well.
Number of members who are activating their My Clover Portal continues to grow week over week and so far there have been over 14k members log in to date.
