Producers' University to be your new training hub.
Cigna is pleased to start off the new year with more convenient access to all of your broker training education. As of January 22, on-demand and archived live training links will be housed on Producers' University (CPU), accessible via CignaforBrokers. There you'll find training for Cigna Healthcare Supplemental Benefits (CSB) and all other Cigna Medicare product lines, available based on your licensure.
Want to get started?
You can set up your CPU access now. Here's how you'll log in both initially and going forward:
1). First, log in to CignaforBrokers with your CSB login credentials, then click on "Training" on the left-hand navigation bar.
2). You'll then be taken to the login screen for CPU. Please note: First time users will need to register by clicking as shown below. Once this step is completed, access will be Single Sign-On driven, meaning no additional username or password is needed going forward. You'll be taken directly to CPU when you click on the Training link in CignaforBrokers.
3). Next, click "See All Training" on the screen to view available training categories.
4). There are four CSB training categories - click on the (+) sign under the desired category to explore all training modules in that subject.
5). Then, click on the title for the training module you wish to review.
6). Finally, you'll see that each training subject includes both English and Spanish versions. English is the top option. Click "Launch" based on your preferred language.
You will continue to have direct access to live training registration links sent to you by email and via the training schedule calendar in CignaforBrokers > My Messages. As stated, archived live training links will be available in PU.
