

There is a new federal program available that helps low-income households pay for internet service and connected devices like a laptop or tablet. The Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) is a federal government program that helps connect families and households struggling to afford internet service. This program could help many of your Medicare customers, especially those on a fixed budget and those enrolled in a dual eligible special needs plan (D-SNP).

Note: The ACP is limited to one monthly service discount and one device discount per household.

Eligibility:* A household is eligible for the ACP if the household meets at least one of these four conditions:
Two steps to enroll:**
1. Go to AffordableConnectivity.gov to submit an electronic application or print a mail-in application.
2. Contact a participating broadband provider to select a plan and have the discount applied to your bill.
