Cigna Rate Adjustments in Virginia

Cigna is excited to announce that Starting October 1, Cigna Health and Life Insurance Company (CHLIC) will implement the following rate adjustments for Medicare supplement in Virginia:

• 11.2% decrease on Plan F
• 4.6% decrease on Plan G
• 6.2% decrease on Plan N

The CHLIC Med supp plans are a great value for your customers

The CHLIC Med supp plans will continue to provide your customers the same coverage which includes these additional customer programs:

• 24-Hour Health Information Line
• Vision and hearing discounts
• Health and wellness discounts
• Fitness club and equipment discounts

For your current customers with an in force CHLIC Med supp policy, they will receive the decrease for their plan approximately 12 months from their most recent rate adjustment.
