Commissionable PDPs

Great news! Cigna Healthcare^SM will start paying  commissions on their full line of Medicare Prescription Drug Plans (PDPs)  starting with the 2024 Annual Enrollment Period (AEP). In preparation for  this exciting change, they want to provide you with an overview of how this may  impact you. 2024 Certification is Open

Cigna has officially  launched their 2024 Cigna Healthcare Medicare certification. This year, they've made improvements to their certifications to make it easier than ever. These  include a reduced number of courses, shorter course length, and a test-out  option. Don’t delay and certify today! New Transportation Vendor

Modivcare will be Cigna's new transportation  vendor for Medicare Advantage customers starting on August 1, 2023. Affected  customers received this letter to notify  them in June. The current vendor, Access2Care, will continue assisting  customers through July 31, and there will be no need to rebook existing  reservations for August 1 or later as they will be automatically transferred  to Modivcare. ROE Updates and TPMO Reminder

Cigna has made updates to their Rules of Engagement (ROE). Click the link below to view the full list of updates. They also want to remind all Third-Party Marketing Organizations (TPMOs) about the reporting requirements per CMS’ final rule released in 2022.
