2025 First Look

The 2025 Cigna Healthcare Medicare Advantage and PDP First Look is now available! Cigna is excited to share their 2025 featured plans, benefits, and expansion areas with you.

IMPORTANT: This year Cigna is only highlighting their featured MA/MAPD plans in the First Look document. Just because a plan is not listed, does not mean it is no longer available. Please attend a local market rollout meeting or contact your Broker Manager team with any questions about your market.

Pre-AEP retention letters

Cigna has developed a great resource for you – a pre-AEP retention letter. This retention letter provides you with the perfect opportunity to reach out to your customers and remind them of the resources and partnership that you have to offer them as their broker.

The retention letter is available in six languages! English, Spanish, Korean, Vietnamese, Simplified Chinese, and Polish. You can find the letters in the Resource Center of Producers' University, under 'Retention Strategies.'

2025 sales kits

Starting this AEP, Cigna Healthcare will automatically email a digital enrollment/sales kit to all 2025 effective date MAPD and Prescription Drug Plan (PDP) customers when you enroll them using an online enrollment tool and provide a valid customer email address. While you'll still be able to order printed sales kits if needed, you will no longer need them when conducting online or telephonic enrollments. Tip: We recommend ordering a small supply of sales kits to use as "show and tell" during your enrollment conversations.

Still need a small supply of sales kits? Now is the time to place your orders for AEP 2025. MA and PDP sales materials are available to order on CustomPoint. If you're certified for 2025, you can order printed sales kits now through August 30, then again after October 1st. Be prepared for AEP and order your MA and PDP kits today.

PDP application tips

As we near AEP, please make sure you are completing your Prescription Drug Plan (PDP) applications correctly. Errors and/or missing information in your PDP applications can cause delays in processing or result in the application being denied. To assist you, Cigna has gathered some tips highlighting the most common PDP application mistakes. Please take some time to review these tips to ensure your applications are being completed and submitted correctly.
