Cigna: Important update on Orlando Health in FL

Orlando Health may be leaving Cigna Medicare Advantage network in Florida

Cigna Healthcare Medicare is currently undergoing contracting negotiations with Orlando Health in Florida. Due to Cigna's long-standing relationship with Orlando Health, they are hopeful that negotiations in good faith will retain them in the Cigna network moving forward.

If an agreement cannot be reached with Orlando Health, they will be leaving the Cigna network effective March 1, 2024.

Impacted customers will be notified via letter in the coming days and will be automatically assigned to a new Primary Care Provider (PCP), in the event that the termination takes effect. Their new PCP will be listed in the letter they receive.

Customers can call Cigna Healthcare Medicare customer service at 1-800-668-3813 if they'd like to select a different in-network PCP than the one listed on their letter or if they have any questions.
