You may have recently heard that Cigna HealthcareSM will no longer be offered in Arizona, Kansas, Missouri, and Utah. This message was intended for Individual and Family Plans(IFP) only.
Cigna wants to assure you that this does not in any way impact Medicare Advantage plans in these areas. Medicare Advantage plans available in these states will continue moving forward into AEP 2024.
Again, this change only impacts Cigna Healthcare Individual and Family Plans (IFP). It does not impact Cigna Healthcare’s Medicare Advantage plans.
