Cigna is excited to announce that they are making some business technology enhancements to streamline the broker portal and improve your Medicare Advantage (MA), Prescription Drug Plan (PDP), and Supplemental Benefits (CSB) online experience! They expect that all changes will be completed and visible to you in late July.
Highlights include:
While many enhancements will be identical for all Cigna Healthcare® Medicare brokers, as you can see, there will continue to be some process differences between MA, PDP, and CSB lines of business. Essential details will be outlined in future communications.
IMPORTANT:
As you know, big changes involve many moving parts. To help guide you through the improvements, Cigna is putting together business technology enhancement resources just for you. These will include a FAQ document and multiple training opportunities.
You can expect more information and resource links in a few weeks – be sure to watch your email!
If you have any questions, please contact the Cigna Agent Resource Line (for MA/PDP) or the Agent Resource Center (for CSB).
