Cigna has important news your clients will want to hear: their binder payment due date has been extended to January 31, 2023. This extension includes your medical clients with January 1, 2023 effective dates. Once a policy is issued, you'll see your active business on CignaforBrokers.comin the Book of Business section.

5 Reminders to ensure your clients are covered in 2023

OEP is ending: Enrollment Deadline for February 1, 2023 effective date is January 15th.

Binder payment deadline  is extended: Remember: Applications are not processed until binder payment is  received. For January 1, 2023 effective date policies-submit payment by 1/31/2023.  

“Pending Enrollment”  report is now available on CignaforBrokers: Agency brokers can view, sort and export your book of business, which shows clients that have yet to pay their first premium payment: Login to CignaforBrokers.com >> click on Book of  Business >> click on the Pending Enrollment button.

Binder Payment by Phone,  Online or Mail: Your clients can make binder payments by phone at 877.900.1237, online at CignaIndividual.com/payment or send a payment to the address on their bill.

Sell Cigna Dental  year-round: Keep those checks rolling in. Dental sales are paid at the same commission rate as medical and twice a month, on time every time.
