Cigna is happy to inform you that the updated Cigna Healthcare consent to contact cards are now available! Please start using these updated cards for all future lead generation events. Spanish versions of the cards will be available later this month.

Here's how to find the updated cards: Log in to CignaForBrokers > Select 'Sales and Marketing Materials' > Navigate to 'Customized Sales Collateral' > Select '2025' > Select 'Prospect Correspondence' to view the cards.
When completing customer applications, it's essential to understand eligibility guidelines mandated by The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) regarding using SEPs. Please note that the misuse of SEPs, including the DST, MOV, PAP, ACC, and LCC SEPs,* may lead to disciplinary actions through the Sales Development Action Program (SDAP). Review the guidance from CMS and only submit applications using SEPs when appropriate. Reach out to the Cigna team with any questions.
