Important reminder: It is prohibited to use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to record or take notes during training sessions. Failure to comply may result in being removed from the training. Thank you for your cooperation!

Customer complaints filed directly with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) come to Cigna on the Complaint Tracking Module, hence the term CTM. When they receive a CTM, they have a limited time to collect the required information and report back to CMS. Due to the quick turnaround needed, Cigna appreciates your cooperation in responding to inquiries related to CTMs as quickly as possible.
Please note, failure to comply may result in founded complaint determination, reporting of the agent to CMS for failure to comply and/or non-compliant selling or marketing activity, and possible remediation action from the Sales Development Action Program (SDAP).
