Customers who use this program have been shown to have better retention rates! Centauri Health Solutions is a national leader in government program eligibility and enrollment with more than 30 years of proven expertise. Their Medicare dual eligibility program, PremiumAssist, provides outreach and assistance with Medicaid, Medicare Savings Plans (MSPs), and Low Income Subsidy (LIS) enrollment at no cost for existing Cigna Healthcare customers, among other services. Express App updates for underwriting improvements

As Cigna prepares to introduce real-time underwriting in 2026, they are making system enhancements along the way to improve and accelerate their underwriting process. Most of the updates will be invisible to you, but you may notice the following changes in Express App:

• The Social Security/Taxpayer Identification Number field has moved to the Applicant Information page.
• A new "verify applicant" button will show on the Applicant Information page, but it will be unavailable for use until later in the year.
