Cigna 5-Star HMO Plans are Available Year-Round in Florida

Florida 5-Star Cigna Medicare Advantage plans are available in:

• Central Florida: Brevard, Flagler, Hernando, Hillsborough, Lake, Manatee, Pasco, Pinellas, Polk, Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Sumter and Volusia counties
• South Florida Indian River, Martin, Lee, Collier and St. Lucie counties
• North Florida Okaloosa, Escambia, Santa Rosa, Bay, and Walton counties

The 5-Star SEP can be used one time per calendar year.

• Preferred HMO: For customers looking for the lowest out of pocket costs.
• Preferred Part-B Savings HMO: For customers interested in a Giveback HMO.
• Leon Cares HMO: For residents of Miami-Dade county
• Primary HMO: For customers eligible for Low Income Subsidy or Extra Help.
• TotalCare DSNP HMO: For customers with SLMB+, QMB+ and Full Medicaid.

For 2022, Cigna has new PPO plans available in all counties except Miami-Dade.
