CenterWell Pharmacy is here!

It’s official, CenterWell Pharmacy™, formerly Humana Pharmacy, has arrived. Humana Pharmacy and Humana Specialty Pharmacy are now CenterWell Pharmacy and CenterWell Specialty Pharmacy™. PrescribeIt Rx®, another cost-sharing pharmacy option for CarePlus members, is also now CenterWell Pharmacy.

What does that mean for you and your clients? CenterWell Pharmacy will remain a preferred cost-sharing, mail-order pharmacy, with prescriptions sent straight to customers’ homes. Customers can expect the same expert care, with no disruptions in receiving their medication. And there will be no major changes to your sales process, because members have been notified of the change. If they have questions, you can remind them of the switch.
