CareValue Launches Revolutionary Enhancement to Transform Healthcare Enrollment

CANANDAGUIA, N.Y., Sept. 17, 2024 -- Today marks a pivotal moment in the Medicare enrollment industry with the official launch of a brand-new enhancement to CareValue’s MedCareValue and MedicareValue360 platforms; a pre-enrollment survey designed to redefine how agents preform their Medicare consultations. With its innovative approach and cutting-edge technology, CareValue promises to make Medicare enrollments simpler, more transparent, and highly personalized.

The new survey integrates seamlessly with CareValue’s current platforms and helps provide agents with a comprehensive view of their clients’ Medicare options and helps beneficiaries make informed decisions to secure their upcoming Medicare enrollment.

Key Features of the New Survey Include:

Easy-to-use interface: Designed with simplicity in mind, beneficiaries can easily update their doctors, pharmacies, and prescriptions. Each stage of the process is intuitive and user-friendly.  

Real-time oversight: Agents will be able to see the status of each survey they send, including what step of the survey their client is on in real-time. See that a survey hasn’t been completed yet? Simply resend the survey link to that client!  

Send multiple surveys at once: With the Annual Enrollment Period coming up, agents can determine which of their clients may need an immediate review of their plans and send out multiple surveys at once- ensuring each client is ready for their consultation!  

Scope of Appointment: One of the final steps of the survey is for your client to complete an electronic Scope of Appointment, helping you to stay compliant and observing CMS’ 48-hour rule.
