Empire has teamed up with Nations Benefits to make it even easier for your Medicare Advantage clients to use their OTC spending account.
Empire has enhanced the online OTC offerings to include both brand-name and generic products.
Your clients can access the full list of eligible products on MyBenefits.NationsBenefits.com.
As a reminder, online shopping for OTC benefits is only available on: MyBenefits.NationsBenefits.com.
Please note – In order to facilitate a seamless retail shopping experience for our members, we have also authorized the purchase of brand-name products in-store with their OTC benefits.
