If you sell a cumulative 5 or more Medicare Advantage applications for 11/1/21 and 12/1/21 effective dates, you will receive $500 for co-op during OEP. If you sell cumulative 10 or more Medicare Advantage applications for 11/1/21 and 12/1/21 effective dates, you will receive $1000 for co-op during OEP. In January 2022, Anthem is piloting a new Non-SNP Health Risk Assessment (HRA) Incentive Program. When following up with your NEW customers, assist the member in completing an HRA and you’ll be reimbursed $50 for each completed submission.
Anthem's HRA Reimbursement is $100 for DSNP plans only. The HRA is both linked after application on mProducer and Sunfire. You can also send an email to EMOsalesinitiatedhra@anthem.com with a PDF copy of HRA within 7 calendar days. This starts for 11/1 effective days and will be going forward.
