Anthem: Check for D-SNP Eligibility using Live Chat

Now you can check D-SNP Eligibility using the live chat feature

Anthem BCBS is making it easier for you to confirm Dual Eligible Special Needs Plan (D-SNP) eligibility using the live chat feature in Producer Toolbox and the Broker Plus app.

You can start a live chat with the Medicare Agent Services team during business hours, from 8:30 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday.

Look for the Producer Assistant icon to begin a Live Chat.

To check D-SNP eligibility using live chat in Producer Toolbox:

• After logging in, select the Producer Assistant icon to start a live chat with the Medicare Agent Services team.
• Select DSNP Eligibility
• Then select Chat with a Live Agent to begin a chat session.

To check D-SNP Eligibility using live chat in the Broker Plus app:

• After logging in, select the Producer Assistant icon to start a live chat with the Medicare Agent Services team.
• Select Live Agent
• Select Medicare
• Select DSNP Eligibility
• Then choose the state to begin a chat session.

Getting started with the Broker Plus app is easy. Just Download the Broker Plus app from the Apple App Store or the Google Play store to your mobile phone or tablet. Log in with your username and password from Producer Toolbox.
