In Producer Toolbox (also known as Broker Portal you can:
- Easily view your member’s current PCP
- Search for a new in-network PCP
- Assign the new PCP for your member in just a few clicks
- Reminder: Please ensure that you have a written or recorded request to change your member’s PCP
