All Clear Spring Health Members are Eligible for a Tablet

Clear Spring has developed an industry-exclusive process called the eCare Experience™, to offer a patented digital care delivery model unlike anything in the Medicare market.


Using a proprietary algorithm that analyzes member demographics, claims, utilization patterns, prescription drugs, health risk appraisal information, and more, a Clear Spring Health Index is developed for every Medicare Advantage member. The Clear Spring Health Index report provides a summary of their health information and personalized suggestions to help improve their score and, as a result, their health.


What can members do with the tablet?

  • Review benefits
  • Check their Clear Spring Health Index report
  • Refill prescriptions with the Express Scripts app
  • Access wellness programs and online classes with Silver Sneakers®
  • Keep track of appointments, fitness programs and events



How do they get it?

Your client must be enrolled in a MAPD plan and an HRA must be submitted for your client to receive the tablet. Please contact your local Market Manager for more details.

The information gathered in the HRA is used to customize chronic conditions and other educational materials on the tablet. Once the HRA is completed, the personalized tablet is sent out to members to use for as long as they remain enrolled in a Clear Spring Health Medicare Advantage plan**
