Additional Earning Opportunities with Empire BCBS

Hope you are doing great and working thru the (almost) half-way point of AEP. Empire is excited to provide additional opportunities to earn more by serving their beneficiaries. Here’s a quick summary of their current incentive programs:

• Earn Marketing Support During Q1 2022* For MAPD Enrollments with 12/1 Effective Dates:

• ~~Five (5) Enrollments — Earn $500 in Q1 2022 Marketing Support‍
• ~~Ten (10) Enrollments — Earn $1,000 in Q1 2022 Marketing Support

• HRA completion for DSNP is $100 and will be available at $50 for Non-DSNP MA in January
• Up to $500 commissions for 1st Year on G&N MedSupp Plans (when new MS-Plan see flyer)
• MedSupp Bonus is in place for 12/1 and 1/1/22 effective dates where you can earn up to $100 on 10+ application for G&N Plans
• Highly Competitive commissions on MA and PDP
