Because of a recent One Healthcare ID security update, agents are now required to have a unique email address associated with their One Healthcare ID in order to access Medicare Supplement JarvisEnroll, the online enrollment tool for AARP® Medicare Supplement Insurance Plans from UnitedHealthcare®.
If you see an error when attempting to log into Medicare Supplement JarvisEnroll, it is because your email address is associated with multiple One Healthcare IDs.
As a principal agent, you are required to maintain 2 One Healthcare IDs: 1 for your agency and 1 as an individual. Prior to the update, you were permitted to use 1 email address for both; you are now required to use a unique email address for each One Healthcare ID you maintain.
