A new online provider directory is now available! Visit the new site by clicking the link below and easily search for providers by zip code, Medicare plan, and more.

Cigna has updated all their websites and platforms with the new provider directory link, but recommends saving the new link to your browser for easy access.

Features of the new provider directory:

• You can now see which Primary Care Physicians (PCPs) are accepting new patients.
• Pharmacy search will indicate preferred pharmacies.
• A new Spanish language feature is available.
• Finding in-network dentists is easier than ever.
• Change your search distance by using the edit feature under the zip code section on the top right of the page.

Pro tip: A zip code is needed to start your provider search. Plan type selection is not required, but is strongly recommended.
