2022 Medicare Amounts & Personalized Member Videos
As you may know that the 2022 Medicare amounts are out; Anthem wanted to also enclose along with new breakdowns the updated side by side comparison and LIS (reduction) premium amount for their plans. Please see below.
ALSO: Current Medicare Advantage members now have a Personalized Video that reviews their unique plan benefits.
The Empire Personalized Benefits Video provides:
- Valuable information about their Over the Counter (OTC) benefit.
- How to sign up for prescription home delivery through IngenioRx.
- How to select Essential/Everyday Extras, where applicable.
- Details on free preventive care screenings that they can schedule.
Who can view the personalized video?
- All current Medicare Advantage (MA/MAPD) members
How can members view their Personalized Benefits Video?
- Current Members can register on the Empire online portal.
- Once logged in, they can select My Plans, then Medical at the top of the page.
- Next, they can scroll down to the bottom of the Benefits Details section to the section called "Your Personalized Benefits Video" and select the View Now button.
The Personalized Benefits Video provides:
- Valuable information about the member’s Over the Counter (OTC) benefit.
