1MM: Pre-Order 2022 MA/MAPD Enrollment Kits

This Week’s 1 Minute Monday (1MM): AETNA AEP Readiness - Pre-Order 2022 MA/MAPD Enrollment Kits Starting Aug. 27

Starting on August 27, if you're "ready to sell" for 2022, you can order an initial amount of enrollment kits for 2022 Aetna Medicare plans (MA/MAPD) for the early weeks of the Annual Election Period (AEP). Follow these steps to pre-order 2022 enrollment kits through Producer World. The pre-order will include Plan Guides in English as we should have them inventoried prior to Go Live. PDF’s will NOT be available to download until 10/1/21 and will be housed on Producer World.

FRONT RUNNERS: you’ll have an opportunity to place your orders on earlier than ever! On 8/24 is your live date to pre-order granted you are “ready to sell”, below is our finalized pre-order timelines.

• Elite/Front Runners on 8/24/21.
• General Broker population pre-order begins on 8/27/21.
• Go Live for production (actual print and ship) is currently scheduled to begin on 9/13/21.
• Spanish and Chinese materials will be available as quickly as Aetna can get the translations remediated and available.
