Humana 'Know What's Next' 2022 Trainings

Welcome to that crazy time of the year filled with, 2022 benefits trainings, and platform updates. Please know that the only required training for MAPD/PDP is completing your 2022 AHIP and Certification. All other trainings are suggested and optional. 

Humana will be offering multiple ways to get the trainings you’re interested in.

  1. Log onto Vantage and go into MarketPoint Univ. In the middle column it will say Events Calendar. This is a way to access national trainings on different topics.
  2. Next – attend live 2022 face to face meetings. You will have to go on our Ignite site. Multiple trainings should show on the site within the next 2 days. Some will say location TBD as Humana is making those reservations now. There will be live trainings and virtual. Sign onto https://ignitewithhumana.com/  and select your state. All of the trainings available will be listed there. Please note that for the in-person meetings there will be a max-allowed so please register for them as soon as possible.
  3. Your local market broker teams are banding together to offer Enrollment Hub and full review Vantage trainings every week. Starts this week and runs right through 10/13. Below are the links for the first 5 trainings. As AEP approaches, Humana will continue to have updates to their sites.

  1. Every Friday, there is a Humana 30 open call. This call will be hosted by multiple Broker team members. Topics are anything that is important to you all. If you need a live walk through of a platform, or help getting enrolled in Member Care Assessment and Humana Reach Rewards. \ On Fridays, just click this link in yellow below and join the call. Because it is re-occurring there is no registration. Just click to join!
