UPMC Personalized Marketing Materials

October 6, 2021

Your UPMC for Life plan materials ordering site, Converge, will now allow you to customize marketing materials! Similar to the previous platform, Marketing Express, you can personalize fliers and self-mailers with your headshot image, name, and contact information. Now they've made it even easier to create personalized materials and print them too!

Here are some helpful tips:

  • From the Browse Products dropdown on the Converge home screen, select Broker Marketing Materials. From there, you can navigate to fliers and self-mailers.
  • Make sure to double check the applicable counties of each piece before distribution. For example, some WPA personalized marketing materials only apply to beneficiaries in select WPA counties, and not all.
  • The new platform allows you to order printed copies that will ship directly to you. You can no longer download the finished piece and print on your own.
  • When filling out your information, the material will automatically update, but be patient! The image takes a few moments to update.
  • Select the quantity you would like to order in the upper right-hand dropdown box in the editing screen.
  • Always double check the information you filled out before submitting your order.
  • When you’re ready to checkout, you will be asked to provide payment information.
  • Please note: You are only responsible for the payment of the personalized marketing pieces. You will not be charged for any of the other products on the Converge site.

Stay tuned! A user guide for ordering personalized materials will be available on the Broker Training site shortly.

To get started, log into the Converge site.
