Unlock Producer Help Desk priority with “AEP Access”

The UnitedHealthcare Premier Producer program recognizes the top UnitedHealthcare Medicare sales agents' performance for Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement and Prescription Drug Plans. By meeting specific eligibility criteria, Premier Producers earn priority access to the Producer Help Desk (PHD), credit for the UHC Agent Toolkit and more.

There are two times to become eligible each year. The next opportunity is right around the corner with "AEP Access," based on Feb. 1 – Sept. 1, 2025, plan effective dates. This allows eligible agents to receive entry in early October—just in time to use benefits like priority PHD access during the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP).
