1MM: Pre-Order 2022 MA/MAPD Enrollment Kits Now!

This Week’s 1 Minute Monday (1MM): AETNA AEP Readiness - Pre-Order 2022 MA/MAPD Enrollment Kits Now!

You MUST have received your Ready to Sell email notice (from Aetna broker services department) to be able to submit your pre-order for 2022.

If you're ready to sell for 2022 , you can now pre-order MA/MAPD enrollment kits (English language versions). From Producer World , go to the Individual Medicare page, click the Quick Links drop-down menu, and then click "Enrollment kits." IMPORTANT: To login to the enrollment kit ordering site, you must enter your National Producer Number (NPN) in both the username and password fields.

Enrollment kits are printed throughout September and begin shipping in the middle of September.  

Please note that an initial set of 2022 PDP enrollment kits will be shipped to ready-to-sell agents automatically; so PDP enrollment kits do not need to be pre-ordered.

Original Post: Starting on August 27, if you're "ready to sell" for 2022, you can order an initial amount of enrollment kits for 2022 Aetna Medicare plans (MA/MAPD) for the early weeks of the Annual Election Period (AEP). Follow these steps to pre-order 2022 enrollment kits through Producer World. The pre-order will include Plan Guides in English as we should have them inventoried prior to Go Live. PDF’s will NOT be available to download until 10/1/21 and will be housed on Producer World.

FRONT RUNNERS: you’ll have an opportunity to place your orders on earlier than ever! On 8/24 is your live date to pre-order granted you are “ready to sell”, below is our finalized pre-order timelines.

• Elite/Front Runners on 8/24/21.
• General Broker population pre-order begins on 8/27/21.
• Go Live for production (actual print and ship) is currently scheduled to begin on 9/13/21.
• Spanish and Chinese materials will be available as quickly as Aetna can get the translations remediated and available.
