Humana Reach Rewards is a program that benefits agents for their engagement with Humana. If you are currently engaged in the program, it will reset on 7/1. The points you’ve already accumulated in your Marketing Resource Center will be available for use through 12/31/2021. You will reset and start building 7/1 for the next year.
Once you’ve created your password and answered your 3 profile questions the program is automatic and there’s nothing else you need to do to monitor it. If you enroll and do not receive the email to create your password, please send an email to reachus@humana.com
Humana will hold a 30 minute call every Friday to answer any questions on the topic of the week and anything else you might need. It’s quality face time with the BRT team and agents.
