Reminder: Members getting new ID cards

Effective Jan. 1, 2024, Geisinger’s pharmacy claims will be processed by a new pharmacy benefits manager, Navitus Health Solutions. Members will receive new ID cards in the mail with the same ID number. They should use their new cards starting Jan. 1.

New flex and OTC vendor

Geisinger is switching to a new card vendor, NationsBenefits, for over-the-counter (OTC) and flex benefits. Members will receive new cards before Jan. 1, 2024, with detailed information on how to activate them and access card balances.
