|UnitedHealthcare (UHC) LEAN Mobile App Better Than Ever!
During the Annual Enrollment Period, some agents experienced issues with the LEAN mobile app when submitting Medicare Advantage and Prescription Drug applications. UHC improved and enhanced the app, and are excited to share that agents can now confidently use the LEAN mobile app online or offline to submit applications.
To ensure that you have correctly updated the LEAN mobile app, please perform a force close of the app.
How to force close the LEAN mobile app:
For iPad users, double-tap the Home button to show recently used apps and then swipe the LEAN mobile app up to close.
For Android users, double-tap the multitasking button to show recently used apps and tap the X in the upper right corner of the LEAN app to close.
Once the LEAN mobile app has disappeared from the Recently Used Apps list, it is closed. The next time the agent opens the mobile app, it will update automatically and can be used normally.
