New Agent Orientation 9am – 12pm
Come learn the steps to a successful sale, from start to finish. We’ll cover goal setting, selling you, questioning, presenting, resolving objections, and closing.


Lunch Provided / CareValue Presentation 12pm – 1pm


Presentation Skills / Jarvis / Toolkit / LEAN 1pm – 4pm
Come learn the basics of presenting! We’ll also cover how to access Jarvis (UHC’s agent portal) and use the UnitedHealthcare Toolkit to grow your business with CMS-approved materials.

And don’t forget to bring your laptop or tablet! The practice session will allow agents to submit a sample application using their own technology from start to finish using the LEAN mobile enrollment application tool!
