Confirm LEAN Enrollment Applications are Submitted Correctly

 Reminder! Confirm LEAN Enrollment Applications are Submitted Correctly

The end of the month is coming up quickly so confirm LEAN™ (Landmark Electronic Application Navigator) enrollments are submitted correctly and accurately!

Steps you need take:

  1. Navigate to the left-hand navigation bar within LEAN and open “My Applications”, this will lead you to your “Action Required” applications. Verify that all applications intended for submission have been submitted appropriately.
  2. Applications in the “Not Submitted” status have been taken offline and require a stable Wi-Fi connection to upload via the Refresh button.
  3. Applications in the “Not Complete” status are missing required information and will need to be completed prior to submission. Complete and submit as soon as possible.

Note: We recommend updating LEAN regularly to ensure you are using the most up-to-date version on your tablet.  Do not update your mobile app if you have Not Submitted applications, or you will lose them!  Sync them first, then update.
