With an industry leading Compliance Department, not only do we make sure we stay on top of the most current rules and regulations, legislation changes and marketing guidelines but we also strive to keep our agents informed and updated along the way.
Our goal is to help each of our agents and agencies conduct business in a compliant manner which not only helps prevent sales allegations but also aids our agency partners in ensuring their books of business are protected and, in the event of an audit, they are fully prepared to respond. We do this in several ways:
The CareValue Compliance Program
Here at CareValue, we strive to promote excellence and quality in the products and services we provide to our business partners, agents, and customers. As a field marketing organization (FMO) in the health insurance industry, we have contracts as a First-Tier Entity with insurers that offer Medicare Advantage and prescription drug plans. As such, we are aware of the importance of complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services guidelines.
Our compliance program seeks to promote legal and ethical business conduct and prevent, detect, and resolve non-compliance and illegal conduct. It meets the Seven Elements of an Effective Compliance Program put forth by the Office of Inspector General of the Department of Health and Human Services.
- Compliance Corner email updates

We want to change the way agents look at compliance; not as something frightening and overwhelming but instead as a way to grow and protect your business for years to come. Whether it is Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplements, ACA plans or anything in between, we are here to help.
