Introducing a new Connect with Others reward!

UnitedHealthcare is excited to announce a new Connect with Others reward during UCard Member Week. Starting September and through Dec. 31, members with a UnitedHealthcare UCard^® who are eligible for rewards can participate in a social activity and report it to earn a new $10 reward, loaded to their UCard. The social activity can be anything from sharing a recipe to calling a loved one to participating in a community event—it’s that easy! Members can report their activity on the UnitedHealthcare app or their plan website. The activity must be reported by Dec. 31, 2023.

*Reward offerings may vary by plan and are not available in all plans. Reward program terms of service apply. Rewards must be earned and reported within time frames specified by the plan. Time frames are available at //myuhcmedicare.com/rewards.

Now when you log into Jarvis you will see a reorganized site that offers easier navigation and improved access to relevant information. We’ve put the most important tools front and center for you in the dropdown menu – things like Eligibility Lookup, LEAN, Sales Materials, Application Status and your Book of Business. Now you can quickly access this information from the top banner.

But don’t worry – none of the great functionality has gone away. The original look and feel remains the same; this is simply a way to reorganize content and simplify your experience.

Stay up to date on LEAN  

The Annual Enrollment  Period (AEP) is right around the corner. Ensure you are fully prepared to  help consumers enroll by refreshing yourself on LEAN™, UnitedHealthcare’s digital enrollment application tool. This platform allows you to conveniently  enroll consumers wherever and whenever you need.

Here are some resources  that can help you get the most out of LEAN:
