Enrollment Reminders

No matter which submission method you choose, you must follow these important enrollment requirements: 

 

Scope of Appointment.  Scope of Appointment must be satisfied before meeting with enrollment prospects and accepting enrollments, per the guidelines of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).  For greatest convenience, use our telephonic method. 1-800-867-4347 Option #1, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Eastern Time, and Saturday 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. Eastern Time .

Submission Timeline.  Completed enrollments must be submitted within 24 hours of accepting the signed enrollment form, as required by Universal American (UAM).  The countdown begins when the enrollment form is signed, and continues through weekends and holidays.
