It’s hard to believe we are entering our final week of this AEP season! Aetna would like to offer the 3 below guidelines for a successful finish.

- Check your enrollment application status on Producer World , select the “Reports” tab and click on “Access Reporting”. The pending application report shows applications being processed. Approved applications appear on the “Medicare Book of Business” report. Plus, with the NEW “Member Application” search feature, you can search for application by member name, application ID, Medicare ID or member ID.
- Member Retention: as AOR – Agent of Record, Brokers can call member services to make requests on behalf of your clients. This will allow you to deliver a more seamless customer service experience to your clients. Here’s how to make a request.
